There are small wins when the world slides things into place for you, like getting the perfect parking spot or the rain holding off so you can play your tennis match, and there are big wins when the right people line up at the right time to pull off a victory, like this home sale.

Today’s story is about 3465 Belcaro Drive that went under contract in a matter of hours, and closed in a matter of days. A big win. The best part was how the sellers and buyers gracefully and swiftly knitted together all the details that needed to be addressed and came together at the closing table for an old-fashioned closing. Call me sappy (because I am!) but it made me happy to see how with every challenge there was a solution because with every need someone stepped up with perfect precision to solve the problem.

A shout out to my sellers because they leveled everything up to clear the hurdles presented in preparing, showing and selling their home. A shout out to the buyers who I met during this sale because they moved forward with firm confidence in the process and the players allowing everything to flow smoothly.
