How many owners would spend millions so their dogs have enough room to run? This is today's story.
My journey with One Polo Field Lane started in 2022 when I listed and sold it for $4,200,000. Then, this March it was on the market again and I got a message from one of my buyers asking what I knew about the house. A lot, actually! We walked through it and talked about the nuances of the home along with the help of his architect and designer, PC Designs Interiors. Plans came together and it was determined this home would work. And a major renovation would take place.
But why buy a home at this price and do all that work? For the dogs, of course. Over half an acre, on a quiet, secluded lane. It’s dog heaven! Included in the renovation are plans to install an elevator for when the dogs are older and need to move from one floor to another. Good thinking!
Congratulations to my buyer!
